    Energizing vinyasa flow class with strength building and functional training components. We will be smoothly moving through sequences of poses coordinated with the breath. This class focuses is on dynamic movement and building strength, flexibility, stamina, and breath awareness. It is perfect for everyone who is familiar with yoga and wants  to move and rejuvenate their body and mind.  You can expect moderate pacing, explorations of some challenging poses and movements, in a non-competitive atmosphere,  practicing mindfulness and self awareness.
