Service Description
The Strength & Yoga Bootcamp is a conscious fitness program blending yoga and strength training to increase your stamina, stability, focus, and power. This hour-long class is meant to help you get fit and boost your mood, confidence and energy. Each class will incorporate resistance bands, interval and cardio training, targeted yoga stretching, and core strengthening exercises. We will train as a group outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful DC nature, to build stronger, healthier bodies. The focus is on bringing Eastern and Western philosophies of yoga and traditional strength training, so the body and mind are both balanced and refreshed. Playful and fun, all of the bootcamp classes will make you feel stronger, yet at ease and happy.
