Elina is a Certified Behavioral Change Specialist,  ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ERYT 200 Yoga Teacher with over 9 years of experience leading transformation yoga classes and wellness retreats. Her practice is based in Washington DC, USA, but her retreats take her around the world, and she can't wait to meet you! In her teachings, she likes to take her students to relaxed yet have energizing, mindful movements that leave them feeling connected to themselves, grounded, and joyful! She thinks of yoga as a movement meditation that frees the mind and helps the body in multiple ways.

You will be able to treat your tastebuds and enjoy unique locally picked teas, village wine, yogurt drinks. and much more.

 

Three healthy meals are provided with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

 

All meals are locally sourced. You can select your meals from a few choices to best suit your diet and lifestyle. All the choices are delicious and nourishing.

  • 85% of payments are refundable up to 30 days before a retreat

  • 29 days prior to a retreat, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Full tuition is refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment

 Malyotitsa Hotel is located amongst the serene nature of Rila National Park- the largest national park in Bulgaria. 4o miles away, south of Sofia- Bulgaria's capitol, surrounded by the beautiful mountains and away from the noise and pollution of the city, you can fully immerse yourself in nature's beauty and embrace a sense of peace and calmness.

Feel amazing in your body with daily yoga sessions and meditation lead by a professional and experienced yoga teacher ERYT 200 and certified behavioral change specialist- Elina Rangelova.  

Enjoy nature hikes, small trips to mineral hot springs and pools, and visit to the majestic 7 Rila lakes. My aim as your retreat group guide is to help you feel peaceful, inspired and rejuvenated.
