Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully I individually and as parent and/or guardian of the minor child identified below hereby acknowledge the following notices and grant to Elina Rangelova, the following release from liability:       I acknowledge and fully understand that I, or my child, will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury. I acknowledge and have been advised that it is my responsibility to consult with my or my child’s physician with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health problem or any other condition or medication that may affect my or my child’s participation. I assume the foregoing risks and accept full personal responsibility for any personal injuries sustained by my child which might occur as a result or participating in the yoga classes and discharge and hold harmless Elina Rangelova or any claim, cause of action or liability for damages arising from any personal injury to my child or other persons or property caused by myself or my child’s participation in the classes.      By enrolling in any course offered by Anandita Wellness/ Elina Rangelova, the student and/or his/her parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions as specified below. Anandita Wellness reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions at any time.    ​ ​    Enrollment All classes purchased are non-refundable.  Anandita Wellness reserves the right to update course fees, course duration and curriculum content as deemed appropriate or necessary.      Cancellation Policy ​ The minimum number of students required for a class to be confirmed is 2. In the event of low sign-ups, Saturday Kids will notify parent/guardians 14 days prior to the class starting. We reserve the right to cancel 7 days before the class if the minimum number of students is below 2, in which case the course fee that was paid will be refunded in full.     Withdrawals ​ Refunds will not be processed for withdrawals. For withdrawals made within 24 hours of purchase, Anandita Wellness may offer credit notes for withdrawals on a case by case basis. Anandita Wellness reserves the right to make the final decision. Make-Up Classes ​ Make-up classes for the whole group will be offered for missed sessions Individual students make-up classes will not be  offered  Privacy ​ Anandita Wellness may take video recordings and pictures of the class and its students for educational and/or promotional purposes.
